You can install and run the Heka Well app on your iOS or Android mobile device running an operating system on the list below:

• one of the three most recent major iOS versions (e.g., iOS 15, 14, 13)

• one the four most recent major Android OS versions (e.g., Android 12, 11, 10, 9) that have not been customized by the manufacturer.

For participants that don’t have a mobile device supported on the operating systems listed above, you can sync your step data at an onsite Heka Health kiosk station if it is available for your Challenge program.
