Join the #Steps2MentalHealth Challenge hosted by Connecting Care August 10-23!
Participate in a friendly competition that will culminate with tailgate parties in each of our communities, celebrating our resilience and support of one another.
#Steps2MentalHealth is an activity-based event designed to take steps to demonstrate that we’re Alive Inside, fighting off the three plagues of loneliness, boredom, and helplessness. The event will track a variety of activities utilizing a custom app which will be available to download for residents, ECPs and individuals in the local areas of our communities.
