The Fit2U Wellness Challenge starts on Monday, July 6 at 12:01 a.m. EDT and ends on Wednesday, September 30 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Participants can track their steps using their own personal Fitbit, Apple Watch, Garmin, or the step trackers integrated on their iPhone/Android smartphone via Apple Health or Google Fit. *
New app version supporting video streaming available! Please uninstall the current Heka Walk app and proceed with a reinstall to get the latest version.
2) Complete the registration and pairing process:

Launch the Challenge app and select the "Fit2U Wellness" from the list of Challenges

Pair your supported activity tracker (see the Challenge FAQ Webpage for details)
3) Start Walking!

To sync your step/activity data to the app, select 'Tap to sync steps' at the top of the dashboard

Note that your steps will only count from the time you first pair your activity tracker

Please sync your step data at least one time per 24 hour period and before the Challenge end time to make sure all your steps count!
BONUS ACTIVITIES
Engage in multiple Wellness activities and earn bonus steps to help you achieve your goals. You will earn bonus steps per completed activity. Once the Challenge has started, just press the 'Bonus Activities' selector ** in the Heka Walk Challenge App.

Scan-In: Earn bonus steps by attending other 2U virtual events and scanning a QR code. Keep an eye on the 2Universe for details.

Meditate: Put on your headset, find a quiet location that suits you the best to go through the 7 minute in-app Meditation session. You will receive 500 bonus steps automatically each day you complete the session during the Challenge.
New in-app Wellness activities available starting August 1, 2020!

Nutrition: Learn about new and easy ways to prepare healthy snacks and meals for the whole family with better ingredients while minimizing added sugar. Led by nutritionist and the best selling author of Half the Sugar, All the Love, these five nutrition sessions will be viewable per the schedule listed below. Receive a one-time bonus of 1,000 steps for each completed class.

Gentle Yoga: Take a break from your daily schedule and join this seven minute in-app gentle yoga session to get energized and boost your immune system. Receive 500 bonus steps each day you complete the yoga session during the Challenge.
CHALLENGE PRIZES
Step Goal Prizes: All participants who have reached one of the Step Goal Levels at the end of the Wellness Challenge will be entered into prize drawings. You can only win one step goal prize.

Have Fun (450k+ steps): Three (3) winners of a 2U Wellness swag package

Strive for Excellence (675k+ steps): Three (3) winners of a 3-session virtual personal training session and a 2U Wellness swag package

Give a Damn (900k+ steps): Three (3) winners of a $500 Visa gift card and a 2U Wellness swag package
Wellness Prizes: The first 5 people who complete both a nutrition session and a yoga session will receive a Half the Sugar, All the Love cookbook.
The first 200 participants who register with the Fit2U Wellness Challenge will receive a special gift.
* Apps are supported on the three most recent major iOS versions (e.g., iOS 13, 12, 11) and the four most recent major Android OS versions (e.g., Android 10, 9, 8, 7) that have not been customized by the manufacturer.
